We have pushed a fix so that Start Page should start loading normally again. We will keep monitoring this incident until we are happy it is fully resolved, in the meantime though you should be able to access it as usual.

Identified
We’ve identified the root cause of the issue that was causing Buffer Start Page not to load properly, and we are in the process of fixing this now.
