Channels flagged as Disconnected Incorrectly

Due to work being completed on our end some users may have encountered prompts within their Buffer dashboard or emails sent from Buffer informing them that their channels were disconnected. These messages were incorrect as the channels still held valid connections and posts were able to continue publishing successfully.

The work has been completed and the issue should now be resolved. Completing the steps for refreshing the channel should be all that is needed to remove any remaining prompts.

We're very sorry for the incorrect messaging. Do let us know if you continue to see the prompts and if following the steps to refresh doesn't help.
